Order & Shipping Information
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. Your order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process and will include your order number and shipping method.
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from the date the order was placed unless otherwise noted in the case of backordered items or pre-orders. Please note, our business days for outgoing shipments are Monday – Friday and exclude weekends or holidays within the United States.
If an order is placed after 2pm on Friday, the order will be fulfilled the following week. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking information.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority mail:
- Priority Mail Flat Rate is a 1 to 3-day shipping service
- Priority Mail Express is a 1 to 2-day expedited service
It is important to note that USPS does not guarantee the shipment of your product in a specified time. Additionally, shipping estimates do not include processing time (the time it takes for us to pick and package your order).
We strive to process all orders within 1 business day, but it may take longer depending on order volume and other factors.
SunX Hemp does not guarantee the shipment will make it in these time frames. We do not offer shipping refunds due to products not making it within the specified times. If a product is ordered on the weekend it will ship on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
We currently do not ship to the following states due to local restrictions:
- New Hampshire
- South Dakota
How much does shipping cost?
We are happy to offer free shipping for all orders over $65.
For orders less than $65, shipping is a flat rate of $5.99.
Your order will generally arrive within 2-3 business days from the date the order is shipped from our fulfillment center.
What if my package is lost, stolen, or missing?
If you are unable to locate your shipment tracking number, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make sure your shipping address entered during the checkout process is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are in the carrier’s possession.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly provided address, but if this happens, we recommend you try refusing the package by contacting USPS by phone or by visiting usps.com. We cannot re-ship a package if the address listed on the original order was incorrectly provided.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If USPS is unable to deliver to your address, please contact your local postal service to arrange a pickup or delivery. If you think the package has been stolen, please contact USPS to file a claim.
If the package has been marked as DELIVERED and cannot be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time before processing a replacement to ensure USPS will not make another delivery attempt or cannot locate the package.
What if I received the incorrect product or it was damaged during shipping?
Our fulfillment team makes every effort to ensure the correct product is included in your order shipment. However, we are human and mistakes can happen.
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com as soon as your shipment arrives. If there are multiple items in your order, we’d greatly appreciate it if you’d confirm the correct items received and the incorrect items received.
We will ship you the replacement products immediately. We may ask you to return the incorrect product but will provide a prepaid shipping label and even schedule a pickup for your convenience.
All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our fulfillment center. Upon delivery of your order, please check all products carefully to ensure there has been no damage during shipping.
All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a full description and photos of the damage for every product damaged during shipping.
Replacement products will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1 business day.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged on the product total when applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
